Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday SCM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement robust Workday integration solutions across Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday Studio, Workday Integrations, and Workday Financials, with hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

The role involves collaborating with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop scalable integration solutions that meet evolving business requirements while ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations for Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Financial Management modules.

- Develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.

- Configure and support Workday Finance and SCM business processes based on organizational requirements.

- Build inbound, outbound, and middleware integrations between Workday and third-party enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and integration solutions within the Workday platform.

- Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data synchronization challenges.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure data security, system compliance, and adherence to Workday best practices.

- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support activities.

- Create and maintain technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation.

- Participate in Workday release management and implement new feature enhancements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within timelines.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday SCM Technical.

- Expertise in Workday Studio for developing complex integrations.

- Experience with Workday Financial Management (Finance Core).

- Experience in multiple end-to-end Workday implementation projects.

- Exposure to Workday Supply Chain Management modules.

- Knowledge of procurement, inventory, supplier management, and finance business processes.

- Experience with cloud integration platforms and middleware solutions.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.

- Workday certifications in Integrations or Studio are an added advantage.
