Technical BA with LRTC Consultant
Consultant Legal, Regulatory, Tax, and Compliance Engineering
Mandatory Skill : Technical BA with LRTC exp in Global E- Commerce and Surveillance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational production support for Legal & Compliance systems (across Entity Management, Document Management, Legal Billing, e-Communications Surveillance, Personal Trading) and business cycles, with a focus on issue monitoring, triage, and resolution.
- Partner with business users to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across multiple compliance disciplines.
- Identify recurring problems and propose process enhancements to increase efficiency and compliance readiness.
- Assist with periodic certifications, attestations, and other recurring business requirements to ensure pristine control environment.
- Help prepare data and reports to support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal governance activities.
- Participate in testing activities for system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases.
- Support the execution of the multi-year L&C technology roadmap in close partnership with business functions, Engineering PMO and Business Management teams.
- Serve as liaison for internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and governance processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-7 years of experience in Legal, Regulatory, Tax, and Compliance (LRTC) engineering, business analysis, or project delivery within a global financial institution or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with at least one Legal or Compliance-related platforms such as
- Communications Surveillance (Global Relay)
- Trade Surveillance, Entity Management (Passport)
- Legal eBilling,
- KYC/AML (MaxComply, IQ-EQ).
- Strong business analysis and project management capabilities; ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities
- Strong understanding of SDLC, change management, and information security controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations.
- Strong critical thinking & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with compliance officers, business users, and technology teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of bridging technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
