Work Timings: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM IST

CTC: Up to 35 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst (Axiom) with strong exposure to regulatory reporting and capital frameworks.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable IT solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, design, and support delivery of IT solutions for Capital (Pillar 1) prudential reporting and other regulatory frameworks.

- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting teams to gather and document business requirements.

- Translate regulatory requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

- Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.

- Support data mapping, data lineage, and reconciliation processes.

- Identify and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items.

- Assist in effort estimation, planning, and delivery tracking.

- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA.

- Strong hands-on experience with Axiom (regulatory reporting platform).

- Good understanding of Capital reporting (Basel / Pillar 1 frameworks).

- Experience working with banking / financial services domain.

- Strong knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and data mapping.

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to regulatory frameworks and compliance reporting.

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.

- Experience with reporting tools and large datasets
