Description:
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to validate requirements, support decision-making, and troubleshoot issues.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and testers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and sprint planning sessions with stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong business analysis skillset including requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA, MS Office Suite, etc.
- Good knowledge of SQL for querying, validation, and analysis.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
