Reporting to the SBU Head, you will be a part of strategy team responsible for the following: - Provide direct analytical and strategic support to senior leadership on key business decisions. - Prepare and evaluate business cases, project proposals, and investment opportunities. - Conduct financial modelling, ROI assessments, and cost-benefit analyses across strategic initiatives. - Track and follow through on leadership's action items with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project execution, performance reviews, and business reporting. - Act as the point of contact for sensitive and high-priority matters requiring judgment and discretion. - Assist in preparing leadership presentations, business ideation, dashboards, and updates for internal and external meetings. - Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity at all times. Qualifications & Skills - Technical Bachelor's degree MBA in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field or CFA preferred. - 3-8 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, business strategy, or project management. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling. - Strong grasp of P&L, balance sheets, and business performance metrics. - Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently. Preferred - Prior experience in PMO , Project evaluation, feasibility studies, or strategic investment planning. - Exposure to the automotive or manufacturing sectors. - Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, fast-evolving business environment.
