Role: Technical Architect SCPO Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP).

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and support Blue Yonder SCPO Demand Planning and Fulfillment solutions for retail customers.
- Architect and deliver technical solutions for implementation, integration, migration, and managed services engagements.
- Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and customer teams to define technical architecture and solution design.
- Configure, install, customize, and deploy Blue Yonder SCPO applications.
- Design and develop integrations using APIs, ETL processes, and database technologies.
- Execute migration activities from legacy JDA environments to Blue Yonder cloud platforms.
- Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and ETL components for integrations and automation.
- Perform technical analysis, workflow design, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and solution design documents.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership across project engagements.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end retail supply chain planning solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies including AI/ML, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, cloud platforms, and Blue Yonder product enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder SCPO, Legacy JDA, and Cognitive Planning implementations.
- Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Inventory Optimization (IO), and Retail Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience with Python, Perl, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL development, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong database knowledge including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Cognos, or other reporting and analytics tools.
- Exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Analytics, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Good understanding of Retail Supply Chain Planning processes and integration with enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
