Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with 10-15 years of experience in designing and building large-scale enterprise SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, endpoint management, and Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) technologies. You will be responsible for defining the technical vision, driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance RMM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the architecture, technical vision, and long-term roadmap for the RemotePC RMM platform.

- Design scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions for enterprise endpoint management.

- Architect and develop core RMM capabilities including:

1. Device Monitoring

2. Patch Management

3. Software Deployment

4. Remote Automation

5. Endpoint Compliance

6. Asset Management

- Design secure communication between endpoint agents and cloud services.

- Ensure system scalability, reliability, availability, and performance.

- Establish engineering standards, coding best practices, and architecture guidelines.

- Conduct architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical evaluations.

- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple teams.

- Drive continuous improvements in system architecture, security, automation, and deployment practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.

- Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native SaaS platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Go (Golang).

- Solid understanding of Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) and endpoint management platforms.

- Experience with:

1. AWS Cloud Services

2. Docker

3. Kubernetes

4. CI/CD Pipelines

5. Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC, Kafka/RabbitMQ, SQL & NoSQL databases.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.

- Strong understanding of networking, authentication, encryption, endpoint security, and secure communications.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience building enterprise-scale RMM, Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), or Endpoint Security platforms.

- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint management.

- Experience with telemetry, monitoring agents, remote support, scripting, and automation.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and identity management solutions.

- Cloud or Security certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure, GCP, CISSP, or CCSP are a plus.
