Technical Architect - Front Office (12-15 yrs)

CRM / .Net, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect - Front Office to lead solution architecture, technical strategy, and delivery for CRM and customer-facing systems, primarily using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. The role involves building scalable CRM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture and design for Front Office systems (C# .Net, Dynamics 365 CE / CRM)

- Define architecture principles, technical standards, and reusable patterns

- Drive solution delivery across integrations, customizations, and enhancements

- Work closely with business users and product owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions

- Ensure performance, security, scalability, and compliance standards are met

- Guide teams on development best practices, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting

- Support estimation, POCs, technical roadmap planning, and deployment strategy

Our Expectations for the Role (Mandatory):

- Strong proficiency in .Net, JavaScript, especially in Dynamics 365 CE context

- Expertise in Plugins, C#, Actions, Custom Workflows

- Strong knowledge of Power Automate, system Customization, and Sales Process Flow

- Above-average knowledge of Canvas Apps is acceptable

Good-to-Have Skills:

- PCF Controls

- Azure Functions

- Power Pages

- Power BI

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent

- 7+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles

- Strong Dynamics 365 CE hands-on expertise and strong understanding of customer journey processes

- Experience in enterprise integrations (API, middleware, data exchange)

- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
