Job Description : - Must be hands-on coding/designing & have built for scale. - Your primary focus will be the architecting of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. - Ability to analyze issues reported and come up with root cause analysis etc. - Analyzing and Troubleshooting and suggesting appropriate solutions - Produce high level technical designs for functionality contained within functional specifications that are technically achievable and appropriate in terms of performance, scalability and cost. - Provide technical guidance and recommendations to other team members as required. - Development responsibilities include doing code review / bug analysis, analyzing development and impacts. - Develop and maintain technical documentation - Experience of leading a team as technical architect - Ensure that high level designs also consider non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, performance and accessibility. - Sound knowledge in database designing and frameworks. - Strong in-depth expertise on open source PHP frameworks. - Must have passion for technologies and goes out of the way to keep updated with innovations in web technologies. - Good communication, analytical presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude - Understands big O notation Duties and Responsibility : - Finalizing Approach. - Selecting Technology. - Code Review. - Mentoring Developers. - Problem Solution. Desired Candidate Profile : - Full Stack Development. - Working knowledge of PHP, Angular is must. - Minimum B.E in computer or IT. - Proficient in Angular, Laravel / Java, NodeJS, and Python. - Problem-solving attitude. - Exposure to cloud and open source platforms like Linux. - Demonstrated learning agility. - 4 to 5 years of relevant experience. - 8 to 12 years of total experience. - Web and mobile application experience is mandatory.
