Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to lead solution design and architecture for complex IT systems. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including clients, business analysts, developers, and operations teams to define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals

Role Responsibilities:

- Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture and solution designs.

- Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers.

- Lead technical assessments, architecture reviews, and design validation sessions.

- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architecture implementation aligns with approved design.

- Ensure architecture complies with client standards, including security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Support estimation, planning, and risk management during project initiation and delivery.

- Lead technology selection and PoCs for innovative or emerging technologies.

- Work closely with client technical teams

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in application development and/or architecture.

- 3+ years in an architecture role leading solution or technical design.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Deep experience in one or more technology stacks (e.g., Java/.NET, SAP, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).

- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).

- Proven experience with microservices, APIs, DevOps, and cloud-native design.

- Hands-on experience with integration platforms and middleware.

- Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.

- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
