Job brief
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide support in salary reviews, promotions, and reward programs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage risk by identifying potential HR-related issues and implementing preventative measures.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
