Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating when necessary.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and data in a well-organized and accessible manner.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Support risk and issue management by tracking potential obstacles and proposing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project standards.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 13 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PMP or CAPM certification (preferred but not required).
