Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Maximum 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and HubSpot
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the job market context of India is preferred.
