Job Summary : - The HR Business Manager, reporting to the India Head, will be an individual contributor responsible for effective people management across various functions. - They will collaborate with business leaders to support and impact business success through HR initiatives. - The role entails generating ideas, conceptualising, and implementing HR initiatives, such as employee relations, engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, people analytics, and policy management. Primary Responsibilities : 1. Serve as the initial point of contact for employee grievances and handle and resolve complex employee relations issues. 2. Coach, advise, and mentor management at all levels on employee relations matters, including interpersonal conflicts, communication of employment decisions 3. Facilitate regular interactions between employees and management through forums like town halls and team meetings. 4. Foster effective relationships and proactively connecting with employees to assess morale through formal and informal discussions. 5. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, engagement, performance management, talent management, onboarding, training, and exits. 6. Drive engagement initiatives such as mentorship programs, informal gatherings, and recognition and rewards programs, owning the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of innovative employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction. 7. Should be aware of Employment laws, regulations & Legalities. 8. Identify & Devise HR intervention & training address current and future business challenges and opportunities. 9. Control Attrition and build internal culture of fun. 10. Contribute to brand enhancement and develop interventions to improve the brand image. 11. Analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions to enhance performance, retention, and employee experience. 12. Establish an HR dashboard and track various metrics. Desired Skills : 1. 3-8 years of demonstrated experience as a HR partner with any Startup, established technology, product ,Services or e-commerce sector. 2. MBA or a relevant degree in HR from a reputable institution. 3. Proficiency in various HR functional areas, including talent management, employee relations, engagement, and people analytics. 4. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. 6. Capability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize important tasks 7. Proficiency in working at all levels of HR, including strategic, operational, and tactical. 8. Strategic thinking and implementation abilities. 9. Skilled in collaborating with business stakeholders at all levels. 10. Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment. 11. Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis. 12. Ability to drive metric-based solutions and develop tools that support business objectives. 13. Proficiency in building effective relationships, communication, stakeholder management, HR solution implementation, and scaling within a fast-paced organization. 14. Demonstrates a high level of ownership and orientation towards execution.
