Business Target: - 1 Cr new product revenue in FY 26-27

Role Overview:

The Manager - Sales (Product) will own the sales cycle for Tech Extensor's product portfolio. This role works closely with the Product Team to refine offerings, adapt features to customer needs, and drive adoption through demos, pilots, and value-driven proposals. The ideal candidate understands SaaS/product sales motions and can translate customer pain points into product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Accountability

- Deliver - 1 Cr new revenue from product sales in FY 26-27.

- Build and maintain a 3 pipeline across target segments.

Product Sales Execution

- Conduct demos, requirement discovery, and ROI-based pitches.

- Shape product positioning based on customer insights.

- Work with the Product Manager to refine features and roadmap alignment.

Customer Engagement

- Build long-term relationships with product champions and decision-makers.

- Run pilots, POCs, and onboarding support for new clients.

Internal Collaboration

- Provide structured customer feedback to the product team.

- Support GTM activities and product launches.

Required Experience & Skills:

Experience

- 5 to 9 years of selling SaaS, software solutions, or digital products.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, demos, and POCs.

Success Metrics

- Achievement of - 1 Cr target.

- Improved conversion rates from demo - pilot - close.
