Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead Tech Extensor's demand generation, branding, and inbound/outbound marketing engine. This role is responsible for revamping the website, building GTM strategies, generating qualified leads, running campaigns, and creating high-quality content and sales collateral. The candidate should be hands-on, data-driven, and capable of managing a full-stack marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation
- Drive marketing-led lead pipeline contributing - 1.5 Cr revenue.
- Execute SEO, paid ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and webinars.
- Build inbound + outbound funnel targeting ICP segments.
Website & Brand
- Revamp website with improved messaging and conversions.
- Create product sheets, case studies, videos, and landing pages.
Event & Outreach
- Represent Tech Extensor at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Build pre-event and post-event lead nurture programs.
Sales Collaboration
- Support the BD team with playbooks, pitch decks, proposals, and nurturing sequences.
- Align messaging with product launches and service capabilities.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
- 5 to 10 years in B2B IT/Tech marketing.
- Strong command of SEO, paid campaigns, marketing automation, and content.
Success Metrics
- Marketing-led revenue contribution of - 1.5 Cr.
- Website conversion rate improvements.
- Lead quality and cost per acquisition.
