Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad.
- The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, manage the recruitment and selection process, and bridge management and employee relations.
- The role includes tasks such as supporting current and future business needs, nurturing a positive working environment, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- The manager will also be involved in managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and maintaining pay plans and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in the technology or related sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
