Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Technical Project Manager who can take complete ownership of complex digital projects from planning to delivery.

- This role requires strong project management expertise, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while maintaining high standards of communication and execution.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budgets are met

- Own project planning, execution, tracking, and closure, with clear accountability for outcomes

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable technical solutions

- Provide solutioning support during pre-delivery and delivery phases, anticipating risks and addressing challenges proactively

- Monitor project progress, identify risks or dependencies early, and implement mitigation plans

- Drive regular status reporting, project reviews, and stakeholder communication with clarity and transparency

- Guide and support cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, productivity, and timely delivery

- Ensure effective use and understanding of CMS platforms beyond WordPress and Shopify

- Promote ownership, accountability, and adaptability within the project team

Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience in project management, managing multiple software or digital projects end to end

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a corporate IT or digital services environment

- 7+ years of experience leading and delivering projects across the full lifecycle, from planning to closure

- Proven capability in solutioning, problem-solving, and driving practical, scalable outcomes

- Experience working with CMS platforms beyond WordPress and Shopify

- Ability to lead and guide cross-functional teams of 57 members, including development, QA, and design

- Strong understanding of project KPIs, metrics, and delivery governance

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing and internal environments

- High levels of ownership, adaptability, and accountability in managing deliverables and outcomes

- Experience working in a professional services or client-focused setup is preferred
