Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager with. proven expertise in the US IT market, strong client engagement capability, and an exceptional track record in generating new business opportunities.
-This leadership-oriented role is ideal for someone who can independently drive end-to-end BD activities, manage key client relationships, and contribute significantly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand business in the US IT market.
- Make implementing and maintaining CRM.
- Identify high-value prospects, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into active clients.
- Drive outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services/solutions.
- Lead proposal creation, RFP responses, and contract negotiations Mentor and guide junior BD executives and support teams.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Engineering, and Leadership teams for seamless execution.
- Represent the business in client meetings, demos, and strategic discussions.
- Track KPIs, pipeline performance, and revenue metrics.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and present weekly/monthly growth reports to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development or Sales in IT services.
- Mandatory experience working with the US market.
- Strong experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English - flawless).
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions.
- Experience managing large accounts or enterprise-level clients.
- Comfortable working night shift (US hours).
Preferred/Good-to-Have:
- Experience with SaaS, software development, or digital transformation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation platforms.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
