Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant / Senior Oracle PPM Functional Consultant:

We are looking for a strong Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant with hands-on functional expertise in Project Costing and Project Billing. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PPM business processes and be comfortable working in a client-facing environment with US customers.

The role is primarily functional, with emphasis on functional knowledge, business process understanding, requirements analysis, and candidate involvement rather than technical development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work as an Oracle Cloud PPM functional SME with strong knowledge of Project Costing and Project Billing.

- Understand and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Cloud PPM.

- Translate business requirements into appropriate Oracle Cloud PPM functional solutions.

- Support PPM business processes involving project costing and billing.

- Participate in functional discussions with business stakeholders and clients.

- Analyze business scenarios and recommend appropriate Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.

- Support functional testing, validation, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional Oracle Cloud teams where PPM processes have dependencies on other modules.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of end-to-end PPM functional processes.

- Clearly explain functional solutions and business processes to client stakeholders.

- Take ownership of assigned functional activities and demonstrate strong involvement throughout the engagement.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong Oracle Cloud PPM functional experience

- Strong Project Costing knowledge

- Strong Project Billing knowledge

- Strong understanding of PPM business processes

- Experience working on Oracle Cloud/Fusion PPM

- Strong functional requirement analysis and solutioning skills

- Client-facing communication skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:

- Oracle Cloud Time & Labor (T&L) exposure

- Experience integrating or working across PPM-related functional processes

- Broader Oracle Cloud functional exposure
