THE ROLE:
- The organisation is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing function for a high-growth B2B Software Organisation.
- The ideal candidate will bring in 8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Strategy and Execution, with strong expertise in Enterprise Technology Markets and a proven record of driving Brand Growth, Product Positioning, and Market Differentiation.
- This is a strategic role requiring a balance of Market Insight, Product Marketing expertise, and Stakeholder Management Capability.
- Span of Control: Create Marketing Roadmap for a B2B Product Organisation and own its Execution

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Marketing:
- Lead market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide positioning and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain clear product messaging and value propositions tailored to enterprise buyers.
- Partner with product management to define go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and sales enablement tools.
- Create compelling collateral, case studies, and solution briefs that articulate business value and outcomes.
Brand & Communication:
- Shape and strengthen the companys brand narrative and positioning in target markets.
- Lead corporate communications, PR, analyst relations, and industry event participation.
- Champion content marketing initiatives such as whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership programs.
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Position the company as a category leader in the B2B software space through brand building and thought leadership.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure marketing priorities are aligned with sales, product, and customer success goals.
Demand Generation & Growth:
- Drive pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, events, partnerships, and account-based marketing.
- Collaborate closely with sales to ensure lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
- Establish and track KPIs for campaign performance and customer acquisition.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team spanning product marketing, demand generation, and communications.
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and ecosystem partners.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Experience and Competencies:
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, in the Enterprise Technology or Product based organisations..
- Strong background in product marketing and go-to-market execution for enterprise software/SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in brand building, demand generation, and sales enablement.
- Track record of working closely with product and sales leaders to drive measurable impact.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
