Tech/Product Head - AI-Powered FoodTech

We are seeking a passionate and visionary Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/Head of Product/Tech to join their core leadership. This is a unique greenfield opportunity to build an innovative platform from scratch, define the entire technology roadmap, and scale a high-performing engineering team.

What you'll do:

- Architect and build a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform from the ground up.

- Lead all aspects of technology, from engineering and AI/ML development to infrastructure and security.

- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class engineering team.

- Drive the integration of AI/ML (particularly in areas like demand forecasting, NLP, and operational optimization) into the core of the product.

- Collaborate directly with the CEO and founding team to shape product strategy and company direction.

We're looking for a leader with:

- 5-10 years of robust software engineering experience, with a strong background in backend systems (Python/Go preferred).

- 3-5+ years of proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Critical AI/ML Expertise: Demonstrable success in developing and deploying AI/ML-powered products or features end-to-end. Hands-on experience with demand forecasting, NLP, and/or MLOps (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow) is highly desirable.

- Deep expertise in modern cloud architectures (AWS strongly preferred), microservices, Kubernetes, and data engineering.

- A true founder's mindset: strategic, hands-on, resilient, and deeply passionate about solving complex problems.

- Experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus; FoodTech or related domain experience is a bonus.
