We are hiring a passionate Tech Lead / Tech Architect to drive technology transformation in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Omni Channel Retail operations for a leading global client.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in the Omni Channel Retail industry who understands how digital commerce, order management, warehouse systems, and ERP platforms integrate to deliver seamless customer experiences.

For this role, the candidate must have hands-on experience with the end-to-end DTC flow:

E-commerce Website - Order Management System (OMS/DOM) - Warehouse Management System (WMS) - ERP System for financials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable technical solutions across Blue Yonder WMS and Digital Order Management (DOM) platforms.

- Lead integrations between E-commerce, OMS, WMS, and ERP systems to support DTC operations.

- Collaborate closely with product, business, and vendor teams to deliver efficient, end-to-end technology solutions.

- Enhance fulfillment, warehouse operations, and supply chain visibility through automation and optimization.

- Provide advanced technical guidance and ensure stability of production systems.

- Manage project execution, ensure delivery quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Tech Lead / Solution Architect in DTC, E-commerce, or Omni Channel Retail environments.

- Strong exposure to Blue Yonder WMS (JDA/RedPrairie) and Digital Order Management (DOM).

- Proven expertise in DTC process flow (E-commerce - OMS - WMS - ERP).

- Experience with SQL, MOCA, APIs, Python, and cloud-based integrations.

- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a hands-on problem-solving approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in Blue Yonder WMS, PMP, Six Sigma, AWS, or Azure.

- Experience with Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or other DTC platforms.
