Role Overview:

As a Tech Lead - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality, scalable AI/ML models and applications. This role involves providing technical guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving innovation in the application of AI/ML technologies to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Oversee the deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models in production environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in AI/ML development, including data governance, model validation, and security.

- Evaluate and recommend new AI/ML technologies and tools, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.

- Contribute to the development of IT strategy related to AI/ML, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

- Manage IT projects related to AI/ML initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and related libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Proven ability to apply deep learning techniques to solve complex problems in areas such as computer vision, natural language processing, or time series analysis.

- Strong understanding of data science principles and methodologies, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services for AI/ML development and deployment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies related to AI/ML initiatives.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
