What You'll Lead:
1. Architecture & Technology Direction:
- Lay down the long-term architecture for a multi-vertical ecosystem.
- Modernize and scale systems to handle rapid user and product growth.
- Ensure engineering practices match high-growth product standards.
2. Engineering Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a growing engineering team with clarity and empathy.
- Build the engineering culture - not just follow it.
- Set standards for performance, quality, and delivery excellence.
3. Vertical-Level Ownership:
- You'll have direct influence over all four Beep verticals - their roadmaps, technical design, and how they scale together as a single powerful ecosystem.
4. Execution & Delivery:
- Own sprint cycles, prioritization frameworks, and release pipelines.
- Ensure speed without compromising stability.
- Instill structure in how the tech team thinks, builds, and ships.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, Sales & Operations.
- Convert big, ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable tech plans.
- Be the bridge between strategy and execution.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of high-quality, hands-on software development experience.
- Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams.
- Strong architectural thinking and understanding of scalable systems.
- A sense of ownership that treats the product as your own.
- Ability to bring clarity, structure, and calm into fast-moving environments.
