About Our Client:
Our client is a leading global SaaS and services organization specializing in digital accessibility solutions. With a strong presence across US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, and APAC, they partner with enterprise businesses to ensure compliance with accessibility mandates and create inclusive digital experiences.
Role: HR Business Partner
Location: Hyderabad, Hybrid 1-2 days a week in office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for ~140 employees in India.
- Drive employee engagement, compensation reviews, and L&D initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders on talent retention and development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
- Collaborate on global HR projects and organizational development.
Ideal Profile:
- 4-6 years in HRBP/generalist roles within IT services, SaaS, product, or consulting.
- Strong fundamentals in HR processes and stakeholder management.
- MBA/PGDM from ( XLRI, TISS, MDI, SIBM, SCHMRD, IIMs, XIMB, XISS etc) preferred.
- Young, sharp, proactive mindset.
