Role Overview:

As a Tech HR Business Partner based in Gurgaon, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our engineering leadership and the broader human capital function. In this role, you will navigate the complexities of a high-growth technology environment, partnering closely with CTOs, engineering managers, and product leads to align talent strategies with technical roadmaps. Your day-to-day will involve driving organizational design, managing high-impact performance cycles, and fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. By translating business challenges into actionable people solutions, you will directly influence employee retention, team productivity, and the overall scalability of our engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with engineering leadership to design and implement organizational structures that support rapid scaling and technical agility.

- Lead end-to-end performance management processes, ensuring that feedback loops are constructive and aligned with the career growth of high-performing technical talent.

- Analyze people data and attrition trends to provide actionable insights that help leadership make informed decisions regarding team health and resource allocation.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives specifically tailored to the needs of developers and technical teams to maintain high morale and retention in a competitive market.

- Manage complex employee relations cases with a focus on fairness, compliance, and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.

- Facilitate leadership development and coaching sessions to empower engineering managers to lead their teams more effectively through periods of change.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior technical stakeholders by using data-driven narratives and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.

- Proven expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR operations, including compensation benchmarking, talent management, and organizational development within a tech-centric firm.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations and build trust across diverse engineering teams.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex HR metrics into strategic business recommendations that drive organizational efficiency.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurgaon, balancing the need for on-site collaboration with the flexibility required by modern tech teams.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 4-7 years of experience in a fast-paced HRBP role within the technology sector.
