Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for technology and product teams, enabling business growth through people strategies.


Talent Strategy: Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to design workforce plans, talent acquisition strategies, and succession planning aligned with tech roadmap.


Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster innovation, agility, and collaboration within tech teams, ensuring high engagement and retention.


Performance & Capability Building: Implement performance management frameworks suited for tech roles, and partner on capability-building programs (e.g., upskilling in emerging technologies).


Data-Driven Insights: Build and leverage HR analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights on attrition, diversity, and productivity within tech functions.


Organization Design: Support org structure optimization for scaling product and engineering teams, including role architecture and career frameworks.


Change Management: Lead HR interventions during product pivots, tech transformations, and agile adoption.


Employee Advocacy: Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational values.


Preferred Experience: Prior HRBP experience in technology/product organizations or partnering with engineering/product teams is highly desirable.
