Role Overview:

As a Senior Consultant - SAP Ariba, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the Ariba system to meet their needs, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes, SAP Ariba functionality, and project management methodologies, enabling you to lead projects and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP Ariba implementations from conception to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

- Conduct workshops with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the SAP Ariba system.

- Configure the SAP Ariba system, including modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Buying and Invoicing, to meet the specific needs of each client.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of the SAP Ariba system.

- Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize the SAP Ariba system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba with other systems.

- Identify and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba implementations, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP Ariba features and functionality, and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver successful SAP Ariba implementations, showcasing expertise in configuring and customizing the system to meet diverse business requirements.

- Proven ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable solutions within the SAP Ariba platform.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, contract management, and procure-to-pay, with the ability to apply this knowledge to SAP Ariba implementations.

- Experience in integrating SAP Ariba with other SAP modules and third-party systems, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of system architecture and data flows.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to SAP Ariba implementations.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Information Technology.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and communication skills.
