About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong foundation in technology policy and compliance to join our team.

- This role focuses on ensuring adherence to global and local regulations in areas such as GDPR, cybersecurity frameworks, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement compliance policies aligned with tech regulations.

- Monitor and evaluate compliance controls for data protection and cyber security.

- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments related to technology and privacy laws.

- Advise leadership on compliance status and regulatory changes.

- Collaborate with legal teams and regulatory bodies for policy updates.

- Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and documentation.

Qualifications:

- MBA from IIM or equivalent preferred.

- 5-10 years of experience in tech policy, data privacy, cybersecurity compliance, and legal frameworks.

- Strong understanding of GDPR, IT Act, and global data protection standards.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
