Position - Tech Co-founder - Music Entertainment Location - Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Founder to join the team and lead the technology department. As the technical co-founder, you will be responsible for driving and building the technology vision and strategy for the company, as well as managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of all technology solutions. You will work closely with the CEO, COO, and other key stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with the overall business goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and roadmap, in line with business goals and objectives. - Lead and manage the technology team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. - Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and opportunities to enhance and optimize processes and operations. - Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. - Ensure that all technology solutions meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. - Manage technology budgets, resources, and timelines, while also staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry. - Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners, vendors, and contractors. - Participate in fundraising and investor relations activities, as well as help build and manage a talented technical team. Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Strong experience in developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps. - Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a technology team. - Expertise in software development, engineering, and architecture. - Proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects and initiatives. - Experience working in a start-up environment, with a strong understanding of how to build scalable, agile, and cost-effective technology solutions. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
