Role Overview:
As our Tech Co-Founder, you will lead the design and development of cutting-edge Gen AI-driven products and platforms. You'll own the technology roadmap, build and scale a world-class engineering team, and help shape the strategic direction of the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end technology vision and execution of Gen AI-powered products.
- Architect scalable, secure, and intelligent AI systems aligned with our product vision.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a top-tier engineering team to deliver with speed and quality.
- Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to align engineering with go-to-market objectives.
- Take calculated risks to enable bold technological bets and have the resilience to manage them.
- Foster a high-octane, innovation-driven engineering culture.
- Represent the company in investor meetings, technical forums, and strategic partnerships.
- Operate with a co-founder's ownership mindset in product, people, and mission.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate from IIT-Bombay, IIT-Delhi, IIT-Kanpur, IIT-Madras or IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Calcutta, IIM-Lucknow.
- Experience: 7-15 years in software engineering, with proven leadership roles in AI/ML or Gen AI-based ventures/products.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of transformers, LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal AI, and modern ML pipelines.
- Track record of building and deploying AI systems at scale.
- Ability to thrive in uncertainty, pivot when needed, and stay mission-focused.
- Strong communication and team-building skills; known as a natural leader and collaborator.
- Appetite for risk-taking and the ability to make hard calls under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, previous startup or founder experience is a strong plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad, India, and work closely with the founding team.
