Tech Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into technical and functional specifications, and supporting the delivery of digital solutions that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into

clear functional and technical specifications

- Document business processes, system workflows, data flows, and integration requirements

- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions

- Support system design discussions, API integrations, and application enhancements

- Perform gap analysis on existing systems and recommend process or technology improvements

- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards

- Support testing activities including system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Prepare user documentation and support end-user training during implementation
