TECEZE - Project Manager - Insurance Domain

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in the Banking and Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project management for complex implementations in the Banking/Insurance sector.

- Manage multi-functional teams across geographies to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

- Effectively engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

- Drive Agile-based delivery, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Identify and manage RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and handle escalations proactively.

- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking using Jira and Confluence.

- Provide consistent and transparent project governance and reporting at all levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Banking or Insurance domain.

- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, complex projects.

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).

- Proven ability to manage diverse, global stakeholders with excellent communication skills.

- Expertise in project governance, delivery management, and escalation handling.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
