Job Overview:
- We are seeking a strategic, tech-savvy, and commercially astute Digital Workplace Services (DWP) Head to join our Solutions team.
- You will lead end-to-end solutioning for multinational RFPs, craft client-specific workplace transformation strategies, and design next-generation DWP offerings that integrate cost optimization, automation, AI, and employee experience enhancements.
- This is a key pre-sales role requiring a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
RFP & Proposal Management:
- Lead the solution design and response strategy for large, multinational RFPs/RFIs/RFQs in the Digital Workplace domain.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored DWP solutions that align with technical, operational, and commercial objectives.
- Own solution documentation including response templates, pricing models, assumptions, SoW, SLAs, and presentations.
- Client Solutioning.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to design workplace transformation solutions (e. , service desk, EUC, AV, Intune/Autopilot, collaboration platforms).
- Conduct discovery workshops and deep-dive technical discussions with client stakeholders across geographies.
- Map Teceze capabilities to client pain points to create compelling, value-driven solutions.
- Techno-Commercial Leadership. Build techno-commercial models to demonstrate cost savings, productivity gains, and ROI to clients.
- Design pricing strategies for managed services, T&M, outcome-based, and XaaS models.
- Identify levers for optimization such as automation, shift-left models, AI-powered self-heal tools, and remote-first enablement.
Innovation & Future-Readiness.
- Integrate AI, automation, chatbots, predictive analytics, and next-gen endpoint management into the DWP solution architecture.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in employee experience platforms, digital dexterity tools, and workplace analytics.
- Develop reusable solution accelerators and playbooks to support repeatable and scalable delivery models.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to internal and client stakeholders during the pre-sales cycle.
- Support presentations, solution walk-throughs, and bid defense meetings.
- Collaborate with OEMs and technology partners to embed latest offerings into client solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT Solutions / Pre-Sales with at least 6+ years in Digital Workplace domain.
Strong exposure to:
- Global RFP solutioning and commercial models.
- Modern device management (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM).
- Virtual desktop infrastructure (AVD, Citrix, VMware).
- Service desk transformation and AI/automation in ITSM.
- EUC lifecycle, DaaS, self-service portals, collaboration tools (M365, Teams, Zoom).
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with business/financial outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.
- Experience with proposal management tools, pricing spreadsheets, and SoW creation.
