We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager with 4+ years of experience to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across departments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, supervising teams, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead day-to-day operations across departments to ensure productivity, service quality, and efficiency.
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for better performance.
- Manage and mentor operations staff, set performance goals, and ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.
- Track KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate team productivity and customer satisfaction; prepare and present performance reports.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with service standards.
- Monitor operational budgets and expenditures; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in day-to-day operations.
- Address operational issues quickly and efficiently; implement long-term solutions to recurring challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field or MBA
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, facility, or service management roles.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or operational software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as e-commerce, logistics, retail, manufacturing, or BPO.
- Familiarity with tools like SAP, Zoho, Oracle, or other ERP/CRM systems.
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus
