We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and manage core human resource functions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and hands-on approach to HR management, ensuring alignment between people, performance, and business goals.

This role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle, driving culture and engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.-

- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

- Drive the performance appraisal process including setting KPIs, feedback cycles, and performance reviews.

- Support managers in employee development and performance improvement plans.

- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

- Manage HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management in coordination with finance/payroll teams.

- Identify training needs and facilitate or coordinate internal/external training programs.

- Support leadership development and upskilling initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.

- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions as per policy.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.

- Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and HRMS systems.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

- Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or mid-sized firms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA in HR or related discipline.

- Experience with HR tools like Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, BambooHR, etc.

- Exposure to employee wellness and diversity programs.

- Certification in labor law compliance, talent management, or organizational development is a plus
