TECEZE - Manager - Corporate Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Manager with 25 years of experience in B2B sales to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth from corporate accounts.

This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of corporate sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.

- Prepare customized proposals, conduct presentations, and lead negotiations to close deals.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale, manage renewals, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and update CRM tools with leads, opportunities, and activity status; prepare regular sales reports for management.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client business needs to adapt the sales approach accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA preferred.

- 25 years of proven experience in corporate or B2B sales.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good negotiation and closing abilities.

- Experience with CRM tools.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of an organization.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
