Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong Project Management experience to join our team at Capco.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Capital Markets and a proven track record in managing projects while driving business analysis initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) for key initiatives in the Capital Markets domain.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.

- Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into system functionalities.

- Lead process improvements, strategy discussions, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Project Management exposure.

- Strong expertise in Capital Markets, including trade lifecycle, risk, and regulatory requirements.

- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and working in hybrid environments.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to drive multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.

Location: Bangalore
