TECEZE - Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of business solutions.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, use cases, and workflows.

- Identify gaps in current processes, recommend solutions, and contribute to process redesign and optimization initiatives.

- Analyze data to support decision-making and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards.

- Prepare functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, and other project documentation.

- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and management to ensure clear understanding and alignment.

- Assist in the design of business solutions, participate in system testing (UAT), and validate results to ensure they meet requirements.

- Support project planning, tracking, and status reporting, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.

- Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.

- Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or BI tools.

- Good knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is a plus.

- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in domains such as banking, insurance, e-commerce, healthcare, or SaaS.

- Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Figma.

- Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
