- We're on the lookout for an AI Business Management and Governance Lead to support AI risk management and regulatory alignment across Markets and Securities Services.

Role Overview:

- This is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to drive AI governance, oversee risk frameworks (including SS 1/23), and support cross-functional business management activities.

- You'll be collaborating closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Risk Managers, and reporting directly to the Head of AI Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Uplift governance procedures and controls related to AI model risk.

- Support remediation activities aligned to SS 1/23 and other regulatory obligations.

- Drive preparation of high-quality meeting materials, MI reports, and action plans.

- Advise stakeholders on the AI pipeline to production process.

- Help complete AI risk documentation, ServiceNow entries, and model governance artifacts.

What Were Looking For:

- 7+ years of experience in AI governance or risk management.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks like SS 1/23, SR11-7, or EU AI Act.

- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple deliverables.

- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML model development, Python, or related certifications
