Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work culture.

- Payroll & Compliance: Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and compliance with labor laws.

- Performance Management: Support performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and training programs.

- HR Policies & Documentation: Maintain HR records, update policies, and ensure adherence to company guidelines.

- Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 4 years in HR Generalist roles, preferably in IT or tech-driven companies.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
