Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of influencer partnerships across multiple platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical rigor, with a proven ability to identify high-impact influencers, build strong relationships, and deliver measurable campaign outcomes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in driving campaigns that amplify brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Research
- Develop and refine influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
- Build, segment, and maintain a comprehensive influencer database based on niche, reach, engagement, audience demographics, and platform relevance.
- Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends to identify emerging influencer opportunities.
Influencer Outreach & Partnerships
- Lead end-to-end influencer recruitment, outreach, and negotiations for brand collaborations.
- Establish clear deliverables, timelines, budgets, and brand expectations with influencers and vendors.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key influencers to drive ongoing partnerships and advocacy.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design, launch, and oversee multi-channel influencer campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Ensure influencer-generated content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison for influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders throughout campaign execution.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Define and track key campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously refine influencer strategies based on data-driven performance analysis.
Relationship & Community Management
- Foster authentic, long-term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and partner organizations.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and creativity across influencer and community initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social media, content, PR, paid media) to ensure integration and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/ Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in influencer and analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Upfluence, GRIN, Traackr).
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
