Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project-specific strategies as per client requirements/product vision.
- Enable the business development team with technical/ project presentations/proposals based on a detailed assessment of the feasibility of potential requirements and feature requests.
- Analyse customer feedback and arrive at recommendations and potential feature/product roadmap.
- Drive multiple projects end to end from requirements gathering/PRD to design, development, and final delivery/deployment.
- Translate user stories and complex feature requests into easy-to-understand requirements from both business and technical team.
- Prioritize new feature requests and issues and align the team to provide resolutions.
- Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders spread across different cities/locations to provide technical advice as per their domain/business requirement.
- Proactively provide status reports and overall product roadmap status to senior stakeholders.
- Constantly coordinate with the product development team to make sure feature development and delivery is on track and proactively plan for any potential risks/delays.
- Monitor post-release project performance and take proactive measures to provide solutions for potential issues.
- Should be able to guide the team to automate processes both at development and at the maintenance end of the project like checks for security, audits, bug identification, etc.
Requirements: MBA or B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.E, M. Tech with at least 3-5 years of experience in dealing with and delivering complex applications.
- Experience working in short/agile sprints to provide working functionality to users for each release.
- Strong Quantitative & Logical ability to derive logical conclusions and present analysis and recommendation to the senior stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in creating detailed documentation, product roadmaps and project plans.
- Hands-on experience with either one or more project management tools (Trello, JIRA or Basecamp).
