
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Head of Influencer Marketing to lead our influencer strategy, team, and client portfolio.
This leadership role requires a strategic thinker capable of driving innovation, optimizing processes, nurturing high-value partnerships, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
You will own the end-to-end influencer marketing functionfrom team leadership and relationship management to campaign excellence and data-driven strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and scale the influencer marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns and exceptional client service.
- Develop long-term strategic plans for influencer marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Establish best practices, workflows, and performance standards across the department.
Influencer Network & Ecosystem Development:
- Build, oversee, and optimize a comprehensive influencer database across Mega, Macro, and Micro categories.
- Forge strong, long-term relationships with key influencers, talent managers, and industry partners.
- Identify emerging talent and platform opportunities to keep the organization at the forefront of industry trends.
Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and strategic growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated solutions and deliver exceptional end-to-end client experiences.
End-to-End Influencer Campaign Oversight:
- Guide the team across all phases of influencer engagementfrom strategy and outreach to execution and analysis.
- Ensure campaigns align with client objectives, brand voice, and performance KPIs.
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality control throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Creative Strategy & Concept Development:
- Lead and facilitate high-impact brainstorming and ideation sessions to craft innovative, culturally relevant campaign concepts.
- Evaluate and approve creative recommendations for influencer-driven brand campaigns.
Performance Insights & Reporting:
- Review and deliver in-depth reports analyzing influencer performance, campaign outcomes, and ROI.
- Leverage insights to refine strategies, optimize budgets, and improve future campaigns.
Industry Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Continuously monitor influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Analyze competitive campaigns and commercial offers to guide pricing strategies and maximize client value.
Vendor & Partner Relations:
- Oversee and strengthen relationships with vendors, agencies, and influencer management firms to enhance execution capabilities.
- Negotiate and secure competitive commercial terms with influencers and partners.
Client Delight & Service Excellence:
- Champion a culture of proactive communication, reliability, and innovation to consistently exceed client expectations.
- Drive initiatives that enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and influencer dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
