Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality content for social media posts, reels, videos, ads, banners, and more - in both Malayalam and English.
- Write across various platforms - websites, blogs, articles, case studies, white papers, and more.
- Craft concise, eye-catching headlines and copy that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
- Develop content that balances creativity with clear messaging and marketing intent.
Research & Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth research on trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform and elevate content.
- Perform content gap analysis and propose new, relevant topics.
- Collaboration & Brainstorming.
- Partner with campaign managers, designers, and creative teams to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Participate in regular brainstorming sessions to develop content strategies that align with brand goals.
Audience Engagement:
- Build and nurture an online community through interactive, shareable content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and discussions to enhance engagement.
- Editing & Quality Control.
- Review and edit team content to maintain tone, consistency, and accuracy.
- Ensure all materials align with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Performance & Optimization.
- Track key content performance metrics and recommend improvements for higher reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and innovations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content writing or copywriting (preferably for digital platforms).
- Bilingual fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, social media trends, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent research, editing, and collaboration skills.
