Hiring PCG - Team Lead
Location: Thane
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring that all service standards which are committed to PCG customers are met without any hindrance.
2. Stay up to date with markets to provide best solutions to the customers related to their service concerns.
3. Pro and skilled to have on boarding of HNI clients; via PMS, AIF and MF, expertise with KYC and other documents involved in processing.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales RM, Business, Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance for effective service delivery.
5. Should be well equipped with in-house product and its functionalities leading to process and operational efficiency.
6. Strategic and tactical scheduling and team management to meet service levels and manage productivity along with quality.
7. Manage Servicing Operations with minimal or no supervision with complete ownership.
8. Analysing servicing data and prepare reports for heads internal management with valid explanation and findings.
9. Responsible for handling any service escalation within the team ensuring accurate and timely completion of servicing procedures with focus of improvisation in TAT.
10. The profile will have exposure towards client communication and meetings along with business.
Requirements:
1. Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed Institution with 5-8 years of experience in Financial Services and Wealth Management Operations.
2. NISM Certification will be an added advantage.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and service minded
4. Candidate should possess strong knowledge on core CRM platforms like Salesforce etc. and should be client focused.
5. Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to details.
6. Candidate needs to be problem solver in a fast-paced working environment.
