A well renowned CA Firm in Mumbai Region !!!!

- Good understanding of regulatory guidelines (Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management Service and AIF)

- Good understanding of Accounting and Financial reviews including IFRS reviews

- Knowledge of application Mfund, Quantis, Bloomberg, Miles etc.

- Good Analytics skills

- Good Spoken and written skills

- Proven experience in leading assignments including direct interaction with senior management

- Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and procedures related to fund operations, compliance, NAV calculations, investor servicing, etc.

- Ensure adherence to SEBI Mutual Fund regulations, AMFI guidelines, and other applicable statutory requirements.

- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, highlighting key observations and action points.

- Follow up with departments for timely implementation of audit recommendations.

- Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders during inspections or audits.

- Assist in developing audit programs, checklists, and documentation standards.

- Ok to travel for short visits

Education: Semi CA / Intermediate / Graduate / MBA / PG / Diploma / Semi CMA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.
