
Job description:
- Leading team placed at HO and offsite locations and looking after compliances, risk, and audit of business & regulatory affairs.
- Responding to the queries from different stakeholders pertaining to regulatory matters.
- Plan and co-ordinate inspection related activities to accomplish an efficient inspection management system.
- Ensures adherence to Department Standard Operating Procedures.
- Taking initiatives for improvisation and automation of processes
- Interacting with SEBI on Depository related matters.
- Ensure various periodic compliances to be submitted by DPs.
- Imparting training for Business Partners/In-House staff /Auditors on recent developments.
- Responsible for guiding team members on various regulatory developments and compliance aspects
- Responsible for monitoring group performance and their deliverables
- Responsible for reviewing regulatory guidelines issued from time to time and implementing the same through on-going process improvisation policies.
- Conceptualization and implementation of new Projects
- Analysing the queries raised by auditors and drafting appropriate responses for the same.
- Provide inputs / assistance on various system related developments including preparation Concept Note, BRD, testing etc.
