Team Member - Credit Monitoring (CA Fresher -1st attempt)

Job Description:

- The Team Member - Credit Monitoring is responsible to ensure the portfolio health of the Project and Structured Finance division by setting of risk limits, monitoring of client post disbursement & undertaking steps for risk mitigation, whenever required, while ensuring adherence to legal & documentation norms & policies.

- To build risk awareness about sectoral issues and regulatory policies related to various sectors where company has lent and had identified potential business opportunities.

- Responsible to assist the Business and Legal team on restructuring/NPA resolution of the stressed accounts in line with RBI regulations and represent the lender in various legal forums including IBC, Courts, SARFAESI etc.

- The major challenges in this role are to keep continuous surveillance for portfolios of both project finance and structured finance businesses through inputs from market & other relevant sources, ensuring minimal NPAs through timely implementation of mitigation plans & monitoring the economic conditions & changes in statutory regulations.
